Well, it's been a year since my last update. Actually, an EXACT year. Which is just crazy. I updated the format and information on the puppets here, and I'm liking the simpler layout. It keeps it clean and easy.
I'd been very slow the last time I updated, and I was so out of the game that I didn't know how I'd ever get to be to an active state again. I did accomplish it though! A few weeks ago.. Yes, I'm not completely inactive again. I'm probably at a more balanced point right now.

I want so much for my characters. Especially the men. I think my real problem, is I hate narrative. Don't get me wrong - I love reading it, it adds to everything. The expression, the details, the emotions. But after a few replies, I get extremely bored. So I've tried keeping it short, changing it up. Alas. Still, I reply 1,000,000x faster to ooc talks or unformatted/*action* messages. It's a brain thing. I apologize to all of those that do try to rp with me via narrative and I fail you again and again. I am so thankful of the patience everyone has offered me, and I appreciate you understanding that it just doesn't work. Not with me on the other end.
So now, I am going to proceed with ig roleplaying by requesting that it be unformatted. It's easier to have a free-flowing thought process and I can get into what each character would respond without having to glare at the screen, thinking about it for minutes at a time.
Updates with my puppets:
Nadia is enjoying life. She's trying new ways to improve her own performance on the stage. I kind of thought she'd be settling and exiting her music career by now, but I think she has some time in her to perfect the kinks. And as long as Arlette is going, Nadia doesn't want to leave her on her own. She highly misses her kids and husband though.
Amos is.. A wreck. He was at his bottom when him and Claire took their hiatus. Shortly after, she moved in with him for a time and they played house. He lived to look after her. Quests and vacations ended that, along with her brother returning to the daylight of the conscious, and my slight inactive spell recently had them drift apart. That's realistic, though. If he's not actively being selfless when it comes to her, it hurts too much for him to handle well. Poor guy. He really, really needs a friend.
Nicco is happy on his wandering adventures with his first tour. He's enjoying women and alcohol, and telling himself he doesn't miss Olivia *that* much. He also could use a friend. Someone who messes with him back. He's avoiding the idea of how alone he is.
Ainsley moved to London and is enrolled in school! She's making friends, doing her homework, riding her horse Chancey at the school barn every day (with an instructor, of course) and is enjoying her dance lessons. She's a happy girl.
Believe that's all. Stay warm, folks.
